A Night With Jagged Edge

I'm so proud of myself!! One of my New Year's resolutions was to try and attend at least 10 events this year, and I have just went to my very first thing ... a Jagged Edge concert. It was at the Voodoo Lounge <-- That place was so nice. Two bars, with one on each side of the dance floor, nice lighting (( it wasn't so dark that you couldn't tell how you were talking to, but not so bright that shades were merited, because sunglasses are NEVER cool in the club, LOL)), and the DJ and event host were of the chain. The drinks weren't watered down either. That place could very well be my new kick spot.

When the concert started Jagged Edge came out with so much energy. They had the black is sexy thing going on, and I loved every single second of it. One of the twins, Brandon I think, lost a lot of weight and so I couldn't tell them apart anymore. They were really singing too. None of that lip-sycning stuff. They were dance and talking to the crowd. The only thing that could have made it better is if they would have pulled my 'so happy to be there' behind on stage so I could have slow grinding with Kyle. They did all of my jams except for He Can't Love You. Overall .... I had a blast.
