5lbs and Counting

Earlier this month, I decieded that I want to try to lose some weight before I went back home for local university's homecoming celebration. Well drum roll please!! I did! I didn't lose as much as I wanted to, but I did lose some. I so happy right now. Just losing a little bite of the weight has given me the drive to continue on. It let me see that I COULD do it, and if I remain commited to losing weight [I won't say dieting, because it really is a lifestyle change] I know I will reach my goal. I'm proud of my small victory. It gave me the push I needed.
